With chemical screen dye printing (CSD Technology), high-quality images can be transferred to the flag fabric in brilliant colors and at top quality.
The Process
All prints are based on designs which you supply in the form of data files. If you do not have any files which are ready for printing, Tex Visions will take over the design work and the production of the files necessary for the printing process.
At the Graphics departments, your files
are adjusted to the specific technical
requirements of chemical screen dye printing.
Afterwards, the images are transferred
to the screen dye printing stencil. Depending
on the design, this is done in analogue
or digital form. With digital screen transfer,
screen resolutions of more than 50 lpi
can be achieved.
The printing colors are produced in
a computer-aided process according to
a predefined color formula. State-of-the-art
facilities for flat-stencil flag printing
support even large printing formats up
to a maximum of 6.5 feet by 23 feet. After
the printing, the colors are fixed in
the steamer. After the special washing
cycle, the printed flag cloth is placed
in the stenter and is given its final
finish, dried and assembled according
to your requests.
