With digital chemical dye printing (DCD Technology), small quantities can be realized within short periods. With this printing process, it is possible to produce even individual items according to customers' requests within very short periods and at the highest quality.
The Process
After the preparation of the printing process,
the image is printed directly on the flag
material in the CMYK mode. Widths of up
to 6.5 feet and lengths of up to 33 feet
can be printed. The printing can be done
at resolutions of up to 720 dpi. In this
way, even screened images of the highest
quality can be realized optimally. The subsequent
treatment guarantees high color brilliance.
