Textiles
Many of our printed fabrics are polyester which is made with
recycled materials. Overall, polyester causes less harm to the
environment particularly when comparing to vinyl. Polyester
has more resilience than other traditional substrates as it is
quick drying, resistant to mold and mildew, and is easy to
clean. Polyester lasts longer than other substrates without
tearing, flaking, and fading making polyester a great choice
for long lasting promotional products with little damaging
effects to the environment.
All textile fabrics have been tested for harmful substances according to the Oeko-Tex® Standard 100.
Certification number 09.0.72745
The Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 is a globally uniform testing and certification system for textile raw materials, intermediate and end products at all stages of production. A tested textile product is allocated to one of the four Oeko-Tex® product classes based on its intended use. The more intensively a product comes into contact with the skin, the stricter the human ecological requirements it must fulfill.

Eco-friendly Printing Process
Tex Visions uses the reverse osmosis reclamation process to
successfully use and reuse water. With this highly advanced
filtration method, recycled water can be reused for the
production process multiple times. The reverse osmosis
process has little to no environmental impact.
Water-based Inks
The screen and digital dyes used in our printing processes
are inert. The inks are water-based which cause little to no
damage to the environment as opposed to inks made from
harmful chemicals.
