Your custom message, promotion, or branding is printed on a roll of vinyl or polyester material that is stored within the base of the banner. The custom print comes pre-installed and is pulled out of the aluminum base and attached to a support pole, creating a super-effective advertising display in seconds. Double-sided Printing

For some applications you may need a retractable banner that is printed on both the front and rear sides. We offer multiple product options with a double-sided print feature. This style is great for busy events like trade shows, airports, business and church lobbies, and other areas where foot traffic is coming from multiple directions.

Double-sided banners come pre-installed, are pulled from an aluminum base, and attach to the same support pole as the single-sided style, creating a 360 degree display in seconds. Both sides of the display can showcase the same design or a completely different design.

Setting Up Your Retractable Banner

Setting up your pop up banner is quick and easy. Follow these 5 simple steps to set up your banner at your next event in just a matter of seconds.

1. Reposition the base's support legs from a parallel to a perpendicular position so that the base can stand on its own
2. Assemble the support pole by carefully piecing each section together.
3. Insert the support pole into the circle located in the middle of the base. Make sure the pole reaches the bottom of the base.
4. Pull up your retractable print and insert the tab at the top of the support pole into the groove of the clamping rail located at the end of your print. If you are displaying a double-sided version, simply pull the additional banner from the base and follow the same instructions to attach to the support pole.

Can I order just a base? Just a print?

Yes, when you are configuring your product, there is an option to select just a base, just a print, or both a base and a print.

What is the typical turnaround time?

Our turnaround time is 3 business days. Depending on what season it is, or how busy our warehouse is, you may receive the product earlier than expected. We do offer rush production options as well as rush shipping options if you are in a pinch.

How long do the banners last?

Our retractable banners can easily last 5+ years depending on how often you use the banner and for what applications it was used for.

What material options are offered?

We offer two different material options: 13oz vinyl and a lightweight polyester fabric. Both materials have advantages and drawbacks. The vinyl is the most popular option because of its affordability, UV-resistant prints, and water and fade-resistance. The fabric is more expensive but is printed using dye sublimation and is also scratch and curl resistant. Both materials are of high-quality and offer a professional appearance to your banner stand.

Can prints be replaced or are they permanent?

Prints can replaced on most of our models. Make sure to check and see if the product has the option for interchangeable prints. Take caution or use a professional when changing prints as most of our products are spring loaded and can cause injury if done incorrectly.

What is the difference between retractable, pop up, and pull up banners?

All of these terms are typically used interchangeable and refer to the same product, a banner that retracts and expands from a base.
