We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team. Tex Visions is looking for candidates with 1-2+ years experience in customer service, sales, marketing or other related fields. However, we will train the right candidate for success. The ideal candidate must be hard working, dedicated, accurate, and driven to succeed.

Job details:

Potential Customer Duties:

• Assist with marketing activities
• Locate and contact potential customers
• Research and develop potential customer marketing lists
• Support external sales reps
• Other duties as assigned

Current Customer Duties:

• Maintain current customer accounts
• Process orders from beginning to completion
• Provide quotes to customers
• Check status of quotes and answer customer questions
• Answer and direct inbound customer calls
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma (min), Associate and Bachelor degrees are preferred
• 1-2+ years relevant experience
• Available to work daily at our Carlisle, PA facility
• Drive to provide superior customer service
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Good basic math skills
• Attention to detail
• Self motivated
• A background check will be conducted
