Return Policies

We try our best, but understand that sometimes things don't work out and that you would like to return your product. Below are our return policies. Please contact a customer service representative to verify which policy applies to your product.

The customer will be responsible for any shipping charges associated with the return. No refunds will be granted before full inspection. Returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Stock Prints

These items are ready to ship. Ready to ship means the items have already been printed and finished, and can be picked by our shipping team for immediate fulfillment. Since they are ready to ship, they can be returned. A restocking fee (20% of the cost of the item) will be charged if the prints are returned in sellable condition. If the items are not returned in sellable condition, a refund cannot be issued.

Custom Prints

These items require cutting, sewing or any other finishing and are not ready to ship. Due to the customization involved with these non-finished products, they cannot be returned.

Stock Hardware

Returnable hardware is any hardware that is not custom-cut. We accept returns for this hardware if it is returned in sellable condition. A restocking fee of 20% of the item cost will be charged. If the item is not returned in sellable condition, a refund cannot be issued.

Custom-Cut Hardware

We do not accept returns for this hardware because it is custom-cut to a specific customer’s needs and cannot be resold.
