We print on the polyester tablecloths using a modern dye sublimation technique for striking colors that will not scratch or peel off the fabric, even after being cleaned. Personalizing your tablecloth is easy. We have three design methods for you to create the perfect standard table cover that will show off your logo:
Online Design Tool: Create your graphics without leaving our site using the online design suite. This suite allows you to upload logo files onto the template and further personalize your table cover with such tools as text boxes, clipart, background colors, and more.
Upload Artwork Template: Design your table cover using a software program. Click the template link to download the artwork template onto your computer. When you are done personalizing your tablecloth, upload the file back onto our site for us to print.
Free Design Services: Have one of our professional graphic designers craft your tablecloth template for free. Let us know if you have any artwork files or other specifications you want in your print, and we’ll take it from there. You will receive an artwork proof to review before we print your graphics.
When can I expect my table and tablecloth to come?
Because the tablecloth is a custom product, the turnaround time is 3 business days. Once we are finished printing your table cover, it will be ready to ship. If you need your product faster than our standard time, view what rush production and shipping times are available when checking out.
How do I design the custom tablecloth?
There’s three ways for you to design your table cover. First, you can use our design tool on our site to customize the template. You can also personalize the tablecloth using a software program by downloading the artwork template. If you need help, we also have free design services where a professional designer can create your graphics for free. For all options, you will receive a proof to review and approve before we print your standard tablecloth.
What materials are used for the table and the tablecloth?
Our trade show table covers are made from display polyester, which is an opaque, knitted fabric that’s perfect for showing off custom graphics. The polyester is great for indoor use and light outdoor use. It’s also easy to print on, resulting in striking, full color designs that will catch the eye of potential customers. Our tables are made from powder-coated steel and have a fiberboard tabletop. This material is very lightweight so the table can be easily transported. Both the print and hardware were designed to last a long time, so you can reuse your tablecloth and table at multiple events.
What if I need help with my table cover design?
No problem! We have a graphics team that can assist you with the design. Click on “Proceed to Artwork” and choose the “Free Design Services” option. In the form, fill out any instructions you have for the graphics and upload any files you want included. Our designers will take it from there and send you an artwork proof to look over before we print your graphics.
