Cost-Effective Custom Apparel Printing

We offer two printing methods. Both processes produce industry-best graphics that will not scratch or peel off. We also always use full CMYK print color to accommodate detailed and colorful shirt designs without extra costs. This means we can print photos with premium color reproduction and accuracy.

Dye Sublimated Polyester

Our polyester printed t shirts use dye sublimation. This printing process infuses your design into the fabric for vibrant and fade-resistant graphics. Graphics will not fade or scratch because the ink ingrains into the fabric fibers. Your artwork will look like it's part of the fabric for a smooth, professional appearance.

DTF (Direct To Film) Printed Cotton

Our direct-to-film printing method transfers designs onto a special film first. Then we use a heat to apply the design to the fabric, ensuring vibrant, fade-resistant prints. Direct to film printing is of much higher quality than screen printing or direct to fabric printing. Direct to film produces more vibrant colors, a smoother design area, and more fade-resistance compared to cheaper options.

Personalized Apparel Fabric Options

Add your logo to either high-quality cotton or polyester fabric types. Both fabrics are durable for frequent wear and machine washable for easy care. Our grey custom shirt have a cotton and polyester blend.

Cotton

Our 100% cotton material is soft and durable, making them an excellent choice for everyday wear. Cotton is more breathable than polyester and is better for certain applications. We print using direct to film printing on Gildan® Heavy Cotton shirts, ensuring a long product life.

Polyester

Our polyester fabric option is highly durable and is resistant to wrinkles, stretching and shrinking. The fabric is lightweight, breathable, and comfortable, offering flexibility without compromising on comfort. We print using dye sublimation on Jerzees® brand polyester shirts, ensuring a long product life.

Do you have youth sizes?
