What is the turnaround time?

Our turnaround time is 3 business days, plus shipping. We offer rush production for an extra fee. We also offer expedited shipping methods if you need your step and repeat banners as soon as possible.

Can I order just the banner without the stand? Or the stand without the banner?

Yes, you are able to order just the banner or just the frame. If you would like to order just the customized banner, make sure to select “No Stand” when configuring your product. Customers very often purchase multiple prints so they can swap them out for different shows and events. What finishing options are offered?

We offer three different finishing options – at no additional charge. These options include: Pole pockets on the top and bottom of the banner plus side grommets, just pole pockets on the top and bottom of the banner, or just grommets around the whole perimeter of the banner.

Can I set up the step and repeat banner and stand on my own?

Which material is best for flash photography?

The “Premium Opaque Polyester” material is best for flash photography. As the name suggests, it is fully opaque and can be printed on both sides for maximum flexibility. Compared to the vinyl material options, both polyester material options show less glare when using flash photography.

Can these be used as a “red carpet step and repeat”?

Yes, these can be used at red carpet functions. Graphics are printed with vibrant, UV-resistant graphics on your choice of premium vinyl or polyester material. Our professional quality step and repeat banners are designed to last for years of repeated use and display.

What are the minimum and maximum banner dimensions available for sale?

The smallest size we offer is 4ft x 4ft and the largest size we offer is 10ft x 10ft. Choose from multiple step and repeat sizes offered in between. The 8ft x 8ft is our most popular size option and the size most often found on display at events and trade shows.

Is the frame size adjustable?

Yes, the frame is fully adjustable. We offer two sizes to choose from: Small and large. The small size fits banner sizes ranging from 4ft x 4ft up to 4ft x 8ft. The large frame size fits banner sizes ranging from 6ft x 6ft up to 10ft x 10ft.

How do I get wrinkles out of my banner?

To get the wrinkles out of the vinyl banner lay the banner outside in the sun for a short period of time. This will release most wrinkles in the material. Another method is to set up your step and repeat banners ahead of time as this will release most wrinkles after a short while on display. To get wrinkles out of polyester, we recommend using a steamer. Steamers offer a safe and effective way to pull wrinkles out of polyester fabric.

What is the most durable material option?

Each material option offered is highly durable. The vinyl is printed with UV-resistant inks so the graphics won’t fade, even after long term use. The vinyl materials are flame-retardant and safe to wipe down, offering years of repeated use. The polyester will hold up over long periods of time and multiple uses. Both polyester materials are flame-retardant and safe for machine wash, offering years of repeated use for your step and repeat banners.
